This exercise demonstrates an ANM project on a small rural distribution network.

 

In this case, all DERs in the network are integrated into a single, flexible, and controllable entity, defined as a Virtual Power Plant (VPP). The VPP will respond to flexibility requests from the Distribution System Operator (DSO).
